Thomas Trelease is the Chief
Financial Officer and sole shareholder of the company. His background is in accounting
and real estate and in addition to his financial duties at Elite Investments,
he also currently works as the CEO of "The Tax
Professionals", an accounting firm in Oneonta, NY. His
residence is located on the Susquehanna River in the countryside
near Oneonta. He is an avid fisherman and hunter and he has fished
most of the streams and lakes in New York State.
The firm has a licensed forester,
surveyor, and attorney on retainer and they use their experience with
real estate in upstate New York to identify acceptable properties.
These parcels are purchased by the company at very reasonable cost,
sometimes at county tax sales. Once the property has been acquired,
any necessary improvements are made, and then they are offered for
resale to Elite Investment's customers at incredible
